Orders and Payment


Placing an order


1.Simply email
melodiesbox@gmail.com with details :

name, mailing address, description of items


2. A confirmation email will be send within 48 hours stating payment details. We do seek your understanding that emails will be replied asap unless we are on a overseas trip.

3. We accept only bank transfer.

4.Items will be reserved for 3 days before leasing for other buyers to purchase. We are very flexible though and would understand if longer payment period is needed.

5. After comfirmation of payment, items will be send out via singpost. Local mail is complimentry. Additional $2.20 applies for registered mail.

6. An e-receipt would be sent to your email after parcel is sent. A hard copy version will be intact with the parcel.

Local mail: Postman would mail the parcel in your mailbox

Registered mail: Postman would send the parcel to your doorstep where someone has to be at home to sign and receive the parcel. If no one is at home,postman would leave a slip/notification to inform you of the failed delivery attempt. Instructions will be given to self collect the parcel at your nearest post office or preferred post office (Pls call in advance as it takes at least 2days to arrange for parcel collection at your preferred post office).


7. Do drop us an email after parcel is received. :)


Terms and Conditions

1. Melodies Box will not be responsible for broken or lost parcels in mailing. Items would be wrapped in bubble bag to minimize accidents.

2. Strictly no meetups.

3. Payment must be paid in full before item is mail.

4. Items sold are not exchangable.

5. Do allow 1-2 weeks for customizations.
